Employee killed at central Minnesota cement plant, sheriff says ISLE, Minn. — A 45-year-old central Minnesota man died Thursday after he became trapped in machinery at a cement plant in Mille Lacs County.The victim was identified as Chad Michael Minenko of Isle.According to the Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the incident, reported at 7:46 a.m., and located Minenko trapped in a portion of the Cemstone wash plant.
